Although competing is not mandatory, our training approach prepares you with valuable skills that can be applied to various aspects of life. Our coaching team is comprised of individuals who have dedicated their lives to the sport and the Warzone. They have honed their skills within our system, and offer over a century of combined experience. All coaches are current and former professional boxers who have achieved success in both the professional and amateur ranks. Our origins trace back to 1997 when we began training law enforcement and professional boxers. Over time our clientele expanded as request to train their family members came in. Leading us to establish our general training program, in 2002 we became known as the Warzone. We have since achieved a consistent 5-star rating for over two decades. Through our experience, we have come to recognize that knowledge and structure are essential to success. With this in mind, we have developed a structured program that has produced 19 National, International, and World Amateur Champions. Additionally, seven went on to become professional boxers with three of them going on to become champions.

4worldlovers: My name is Nestor Frutos and I am currently working to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have been boxing since the age of 9 years old and training other individuals (ages 6+) since 2010. As a child, boxing provided me with a safe community and allowed me to build my confidence, discipline, and strength. I wanted to start this business as a way to spread my love and passion for boxing as well as to assist others in their fitness/self-defense goals. Proceeds will go towards funding my tuition and DPT school applications.
