Our Old World Style Sausages are handmade weekly in our customized Sausage Kitchen. Our Wurstmeister creates our sausages using 4th generation European recipes. Applying the classic technique of hand boning the meat & using all natural casings; We guarantee our Sausages to be fresh, natural & delicious.


Using hand selected cuts of veal & pork that are stuffed into a fine natural casing. Mildly seasoned but still delicious! Complemented with German mustard and sauerkraut. Classic varieties include Bratwurst, Bockwurst and Knockwurst.

A sausage that has been prepared and cured with the use of aromatic hardwood, which is burned to produce smoke. The smoke enriches the sausage with a uniquely hearty flavor and extends the storage life of the product. We carefully smoke our Polish, Kielbasa, Knockwurst and Frankfurters in our custom crafted smokehouse

We introduce specialty seasonings to create sausages with a flair. A unique cayenne pepper blend makes our Cajun Sausage savory. The Jalapeno Sausage is infused with fresh Jalapeno & Serrano Chilis to give it just the right kick.Our Hot Kielbasa Sausage is a wonderful combination of fresh garlic and California Chili Peppers adding a flavorful twist to this traditional smoked sausage.

I had an awesome server, his name was Jaylen and he checked on our table the right amount of times. Our order came out pretty quickly. I really love the selection of drinks they have as well. I will be going here again.

We had a great meal and delicious drinks at this restaurant before hitting the mall for shopping. We all had different entrees, and they were all tasty and reasonably priced.

This is my 5th time here and my husband and I absolutely love it. We came in 1/4/20 and was seated instantly at a booth. I have wanted to try Pupusas for so long. I heard they are so delicious. El Paraiso is a local San Salvadorian Restaurant that makes them along with other good food choices. They were as delicious as advertised from a friend. On Thursdays Pupusas are on special. A bonus today!

I was early Sunday. It was good food and service. First time here I got good impression. Definitely I'll be back.
