The crew were so kind and knowledgeable! They got us to the right place to give our whole group, ages 15 to 71, the have an amazing experience. I appreciate they were able to make accommodations for my father who gets around with a walker...he had a great time! Bring a jacket and maybe some gloves for when the weather kicks up and you will love every minute!

We reserved our whale watching tour last minute and chose Chris' Whale Watching because of the promise of a smaller boat and more personal experience compared to the larger companies and we were not disappointed! We got up close to quite a few whales, stayed quite a while, and got an amazing experience. The staff was knowledgeable and informative without being in your face. Even the captain was wowed by what we got to see that day. Everyone on the trip had a great time, kids through older adults. Highlight of our trip. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Once April 1st hits, Rockfish/Lingcod season begins! We will be offering full day trips departing at 6:30am as well as limited half day (4 hour trips) that will depart at 3pm on weekends. There will also be scattered half day trips with both morning & afternoon departures throughout the season. Salmon season also typically opens sometime in April. The season can last anywhere from the end of April to October. Stay tuned for updates!

For the 2022 Season Salmon is open from April 2nd-end of Sept (If season is extended, update coming mid-April)

Our four hour afternoon Rock cod trips were so popular during the Summer that we have extended them through the Fall! These 4 hour trips are mostly running Thursdays-Sundays and there are two time slots available: 8am and 2pm! We may adjust start times as the sun continues to set earlier and earlier. **Limited availability as the month of November progresses**

The BLACKFIN is a 65' Catamaran with capacity of 125 passengers and Upstairs/Downstairs Inside/Outside seating and viewing.

The Sea Wolf II is a 70' single hull vessel, capacity 69 passengers, with inside and outside seating.

The Point Sur Clipper is a 55' single hull vessel, capacity 48 (similarly equipped as the Sea Wolf II).

All of our vessels are fully Coast Guard Inspected and insured. Each vessel carries life vests for all passengers and all required safety equipment. Our vessels are equipped with navigation devices, radar, marine radios, depth sounders and two restrooms. Each vessel has Eco-Friendly Turbo Diesel engines.
