I don't buy hair color items at Target or other pharmacies, because I like to mix and blend my coloring supplies. they also carry high quality professional hair brushes, which I purchased my brushes here. They are still pretty low on a lot of supplies due to the pandemic, but they said it was much worse in the beginning.

It's worth waiting for an appointment if you want something nice. The first 2 with DARK hair was before the LIGHT color is now. It looks great straight and will look awesome curly.
