Despite delivery delays, the elves have been busy this year with clothing deliveries to our schools in Sacramento City School District

Assistance League Sacramento has been assisting the women of Women’s Empowerment with career wardrobe shopping since 2003. We are pleased that they can once again join us at our store to help them on their way to success in a new career.

We are now open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The store has returned to a late closing on Friday nights with hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Donation hours remain the same. We receive donations Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Donations are not accepted on Saturday.

Bonney joined Assistance League members to pack for foster youth transitioning to independent living. Bonney’s donation of 30 vacuum cleaners are a key component of the cleaning supply apartment starter kits that are quarterly donated to help our community’s foster youth make a successful start to their new lives. This is a family own thrift shop it’s been around for three years in Sacramento It has all types of memorabilia and hidden treasures , a must see !!!

I recently visited Lil Macy’z, I also reviewed the reviews before going and thought to myself I see REALLY GOOD REVIEWS and I see a few bad reviews, I thought to myself; I’m gonna check it out for myself and give my review. This thrift store is by far the coolest thrift store I’ve ever been in!! It looks really small from the outside but it’s actually huge inside!! It’s just keeps going & going with different rooms and different areas and it is VERY WELL organized (GOOD JOB)to whoever is in charge of the set up in Lil Macy’z that alone gets 5️ The stuff I seen in there was Brand New & used items & the clothes are ONLY $1.00 and there is a section for clothes that are better and that are not $1.00. I seen Levi Jeans for $1.00!!! And the new items were priced great too, I seen a instant pot which is like $150 at target and it was prices $50 (now that is a really great deal) and the used items are all mostly like $1… You can not beat that!!
