I buy appliances from here every month. They almost always work, and when 1 doesn't work I can bring it back within 48 hours and exchange it no problem. I've bought over 15 appliances from here and only ever had to bring back 1, then they exchanged it for another 1 same make and model. I'll iy another 15 appliances from this place.

Xer is very knowledgeable in repairing appliances. He's been called out to my house twice through my home warranty. He's quick and friendly and gets straight to the point. He doesn't play games with the money we pay for service and you definitely get your monies worth. I haven't had issues since he made the repairs.

Russ called to advise that he was 20 minutes out. He arrived as scheduled. My dryer just up and stopped on me. He advised that a fuse was out as the cause and replaced it.. Russ also noticed that the tubing in the back of the machine needed to be adjusted. It was too long and began to crinkle. Although he was very observant of this flaw he did notice that the light bulb was out. When I noticed it , he was long gone. The important thing was he was able to fix the dryer and make it work. Thank you Russ for going the extra mile.
