Christen: I can't recommend this place enough! The store owners were very nice and knowledgeable and were able to help me find all of the fabrics I'm going to need to make my wedding dress. I'm extremely picky with my fabrics, but everything felt very high quality and comfortable, and the prices were unbeatable. It was a pretty far drive for me but I saved at least $500-$700 in materials for my dress by shopping here instead of the larger chain fabric stores that were closer to me.

I was shocked at how inexpensive it ended up being here and they did an incredible job. I actually got referred here by my coworker at Joann fabrics who teaches all of Joann’s sewing classes in the area. If she recommends them, I take her word as gospel. Highly recommend.As far as their fabric selection—outstanding. It’s a little disorganized but it’s a fabric store.. you’re gonna have to dig around.

Michael W.: OfficeMax is not like what it used to be. The store doesn’t carry lots of products they usually have. But I’m glad they still have the items I’m looking for.The store still has most office furniture, office supplies, printers, and printer supplies. This is good enough for me to get some stuff immediately!

Although turnover can be a bit heavy, I am always greeted by a cashier with a friendly “welcome in,” and assisted at the fabric counter promptly by a very knowledgeable staff member. I cannot remember a time going in and having a bad experience or encountering a closed-off employee. Kudos to the hiring manager and the team for maintaining such positive attitudes and good vibes through a major global health and human crisis, a coin “shortage,” major supply chain breaks and barriers, record high-inflation and astronomically increased fuel and energy costs. In a world where everything seems to want to bring me down, the Joann team in Woodland is a rock of positivity in support of making new things and recreating the old. This place has been integral in maintaining my good mental health. Thank you.

Emilio Aguirre: I didn't know when hobby lobby sold Gundam model kits but when I found out I bought one just about every week since they do 40% off sale. I got so many gunplas in my collection. I bought my first gunpla sometime in 2019. The store had HGs and some RG kits now they sell some MG kits too. Hobby lobby has the best prices for models kits during their sale week. The selection of kits change from time to time so get them while you can.

Mariahelena Jimenez-Romo: on a Sunday. Early Monday morning I received a call from Mr. Meissner himself. After trying to trouble shoot the problem over FaceTime he made a house call within the hour. And wow the man knows his stuff. He not only fixed the problem, he gave me a tutorial on how to prevent thread jams and what to do if I do jam it again because what I did initially exacerbated the problem. This was my first jump from a table top machine to an industrial machine and it is a big jump. He watched what I sewed and then gave me more tips. I feel way more comfortable now. His knowledge and customer service deserve 10 stars.
