Enrolling my son at Flip 2 It has been the best decision we have ever made for his growth and development. He has strengthened his gymnastics and coordination skills all while gaining valuable practice learning how to follow directions and socialize with other children. Flip 2 It creates a positive environment for all kids! Before attending Flip 2 It, my son was very nervous to try new things and branch out beyond his comfort zone. His experience at Flip 2 It has been extremely positive and a huge confidence booster for him. TEAM has consistent coaching staff who want to see each gymnast succeed, meet their full potential, overcome challenges and fears. They have expectations, and a desire to lead by example on the competition floor with great showmanship and values. If you are not a Ninja, this is a great opportunity to check out the New 12-foot high warped Ninja wall and the 30-foot long Ninja Rig. The training is structured as a clinic on certain focused Zone Events, such as Tumble Track, Floor, Vault, Bars, Obstacle Course, and Martial Arts. Approximately 20-minute rotations full of energy and skill development. Open to all from ages 5 -14.


Schools out for Summer! Let your children experience all of the fun our camps have to offer. Some of our camps offer a week full of gymnastics, group games, arts, crafts, trampolines, ninja gym, and loads of other fun! Each day is jam-packed with fun activities to keep your child entertained, happy, and active.

Preregistration is required for all classes, including Adult Gymnastics held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm and Saturday at 12:30 pm.

Our Recreational Programs are designed to meet the needs of children in their formative years. Our enthusiastic instructors will provide a time of fun and fitness through gymnastics-oriented activities.

The girls progress and excel using nine high beams, six low beams, and six sets of uneven bars. The boys have two high bars, two sets of parallel bars, three ring towers, two suspended rings, two pommel horses, and countless mushrooms. Elevate has over 135 competitive gymnasts in both our boys and girls programs.

The Xcel Program was created as a national program that allows gymnasts to begin competing at a lower skill level than the Junior Olympic program. As designed through USA Gymnastics: “Xcel is an alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.”

Tumbling classes take a focused approach on perfecting tumbling skills. This hour long class practices on Floor, Trampoline, and Tumble Track events. Both boys and girls can enjoy this accelerated course to obtaining skills like the round-off back handspring and flipping skills.

The developmental team program is based on the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program. This Program consists of five levels, level one being the easiest and level five being the more difficult. Each level has specific skills and routines that the gymnast will be periodically tested on after being mastered.
