sam leverett: Checked in on the 6th and have been here since it's pretty decent rooms are nice Shannon makes it worth while everyday by going above and beyond to make sure everything is status quo she is a god send to this place and just a heads up if you like breakfast they have many options it's very delicious and if a problem occurs they are on it instantly from William up to the manager they are quick problem solvers and very responsive and reasonableRooms: Very spaciousNearby activities: Discovery park and lakeWalkability: Discovery park and lakeFood & drinks: McDonald's and Denny's
Nicole Wilkens: Tracy at the Surestay on Bercut is the best employee you will ever have at your company, she was working so hard for my mother in law who got stranded in Sacramento by greyhound she was so patient with us while we were trying to get everything together. Which bring back the PDF card information because no everyone has a printer in their home . She is a true angel. I hope you Tracy gets all the blessed you deserve and more thank you so very much Tracy
Elaine Padgett: We got stuck in Sacramento when they closed the pass due to a snow storm. We'd been playing in the rain at Six Flags all morning. We just needed hot showers and a bed to lay in. Tracy at check in was wonderful. Very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was a plus, the kids seemed to enjoy. Only complaint was my room smell pretty musty at check in, but we just turned the air on and grabbed some febreeze on our Walmart run.Thank you guys (:
Tuivailala O'Neal: My stay here with surestay was very accommodating to my family and the services too. I rated the location 3 only because it was far from where I work. Jeanette: This place is not fancy but it is decent. Walking distance to the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. Continental breakfast has a good selection. Place is clean and service was good. Recommend.

Moline: It鈥檚 in a questionable area that鈥檚 trying to upgrade. The hotel is older. The remodeling they did was a good effort but the workmanship wasn鈥檛 that great. The breakfast was just fine!, I ate my fill. The staff was friendly. The hotel is next to the science museum and near discovery park and old town Sacramento. It鈥檚 convenient for biking the rail trail which we did. Definitely not my favorite hotel but it was ok for a night. The shower curtain is way too long for the shower. I did like the fact that it had flooring not carpet. But with flooring the staff needs to be a little more careful to dust and mop the corners.

Sadly we didn鈥檛 get to use the pool because of the weather, but it looks like a great little area with south-facing beach chairs to get plenty of sun.The hotels along this stretch are right next to the freeway, so it is a bit loud. Not once you鈥檙e inside the rooms, but definitely in the parking lot and probably in the pool area. Might want to bring an audiobook or some music if you鈥檙e laying by the pool.Seems like a popular stay for truckers; we saw lots of truck engines in the parking lot.
Jonathon Alvey: My spouse and I have stayed here twice. Both times we've been greeted kindly by hotel staff as we check in, found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, and enjoyed the full breakfast provided. It's also conveniently located next to Old Sacramento and it's an easy walk down the river trail to get there. This will be our regular spot when we visit Sacramento.
