Tammy Nava: We had a list of mattress stores to go to when looking for a good price on a queen size mattress. Went to the Mattress Factory on Power Inn Rd. first and found exactly what we were looking for at the right price! The lady who was working in the display area was super nice and very helpful. The gentleman who was working in the warehouse portion of the store was very friendly and helped us tremendously by switching out as many mattresses as we asked with ease and grace! We were in and out of there with our new mattress in under an hour! We will go back again when the need arises... I highly recommend this store!!! The one with the big yellow sign on the truck!!!!

David Rubio: Come here first if you are looking for a mattress or bed. Kevin provides excellent customer service without feeling like you are in a used car lot like other furniture stores. Simple, straight forward and honest customer service. I called on 12/23/23 looking for a twin size mattress. He was not open but made himself available later in the day and I was able to purchase the exact mattress I needed at a great price. Local business all the way! I will always come here first whenever I am in the market for bedding.

F Ma: Outstanding place to get a mattress. My son had been having some sleep issues and thought he may need a new mattress. We stopped at Mattress Direct in our neighborhood to "just take a look". We were greeted by the owner Kevin; he was very pleasant to talk to and not at all pushy in any way. There is a computerize system on the showroom floor that tests the way you sleep and matches you with the type of mattress and pillow that is the right fit for you. Kevin showed us a few option based on my son's needs and he was very patient as he tested out each one multiple times. We ended up purchasing a mattress that my son refers to "like sleeping on cloud". Kevin delivered the mattress to us the next day and helped us set it up in the bedroom. Kevin is very polite and respectful of us and our space. We couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely go back to Mattress Direct in South Land Park whenever I have a mattress or pillow need.

Even during a period of hardship with my Synchrony application, she was very persistent to get her computer program issues resolved and complete my application. When the mattress was delivered, the delivery workers cautioned to reorder an eastern king size to a cal king. Their advice was greatly appreciated. When the cal king was delivered, the workers were swift and quick. But, the cal king had issues that Jeff was quick to report to the district manager. Another cal king has been ordered due to the fast response from the district manager!

I bought a bed from them a month ago after being a real pest going in there everyday for almost 2 weeks to lay on bed after bed to finally find one that worked for me and my husband. My husband had been in a skilled nursing facility for a long time and I needed a bed that would raise the head and feet for his condition but I wasn't excited about having to buy one. Ramesh was so knowledgeable and patient with me to find the right bed that worked great for both of us. I ended up buying a bed called the Half Split king and I love it! I have to say this man had so much patience and his kindness that was unbelievable. I would highly recommend anyone to shop there. The customer service and honesty is top notch!!

He was very patient with our many questions and our slow decision making and when we did make a purchase, we left feeling great about the decision. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a new mattress. Shopping online was overwhelming and stressful and our experience in store was the complete opposite. This is one of those things you should just do in person and you won’t regret it.

He reached out the next day and was incredible about communicating and arranging a sooner delivery date. I received my bed a little over a week earlier than expected and I couldn’t be happier.
