Amanda Gravely: I wanted to give a shout out to Jacob! I have been trying to get my 15 yr old daughter to get blood work done for over a year, and he was so gentle, funny, and comforting with her that she finally got it done. She even said she didn't feel it at all! Thank you so much for what you do, Jacob! Please give Jacob a raise!!!
L K: I have never had a bad experience at this location. They get busy so walk ins aren't always accepted and the wait can be long sometimes. They have never missed when taking blood. The staff taking the blood have always been super friendly and quick. My visit today was the best experience I had. I had an appt across the hall and they ordered labs for me so I went over, waited no more than 15 minutes to get pulled back as a walk in. The employee was able to get the vein on my right arm which no one has ever been able to do successfully. He started an engaging conversation and I almost didn't realize he was done with the blood draw.

My veins are difficult and after 2 tries he got Nucci to do the 3rd and she got it on top of my forearm. I think that I s a good policy. The staff here was really friendly, and as someone who lives in Midtown without a car, I鈥檓 grateful to have easy access to reliable testing.

Michael MacIntosh: Super easy to book appointments, in and out fast, skilled and personable blood draw people. West Sac is by far the best Quest I've ever been to.
Boogabaah Weesnaah: Quick and easy to make an appointment online. The check-in kiosk was fast and simple to use. The wait time was a tiny bit longer than I expected because they were helping a family with a small child but they zipped right through everyone waiting once that appointment was done.
