I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store by Jade. Jade asked me exactly what I wanted, from type of mattress to price point range. She was extremely patient with me. I told her about some of the mattress I seen online. She was able to explain how it benefits my preferences or not. She made it a seamless process. Jade was super accommodating. I went back and forth a bit. But she listened and took appropriate action. I had been to a few stores shopping for a mattress and the customer service is unmatched. Overall the store was clean. Other employees were helping customers and the customers looked happy. I recommend this store.
