Erin C.: I've been visiting this place annually for past decade, and my heart hurts that it is closing shop and moving to online sales only. I visited today and it is almost completely cleared out. They still have plenty of beautiful and sentimental items to buy, however, and everything is 40-60% off, with some ornaments even being 80% off. I found some gorgeous Egyptian glass ornaments and their prices were jaw-dropping. There are a handful of Department 56 buildings left, but they'll be gone soon, undoubtedly. If you're a Christmas decorating fiend like I am, get thee hence before it's too late!

The aisle ways may be a tight fit and you may likely run into objects but it just makes the vibe a more home vibe. My favorite is the staff. Crystal Blades: Whether you are doing an online, phone or a walk-in order this has been my go to place every time. I had a rather unpleasant experience with another edible arrangement store that is rather close to this one. So after leaving there just blown away by the rudeness of the worker I googled the Eureka road store and I reluctantly, but determined and committed headed over there. The minute I walked in and started talking to the gentleman that was working I already knew I would never go to another store . He was amazing, not only did he accommodate my poor and late timing he didn't make me feel bad about it. He was just friendly, courteous, attentive, and for a lack of better words just amazing. I have frequented this location numerous times every month and I have still yet to be disappointed . Every one I have spoke to and dealt with were no less this wonderful. The last two times I turned to the Roseville location and I was read it over the phone with a smile and I guess mentality.Today at 3:00 PM on a Friday I was hoping to get a last minute gift for a friend. I was planning on driving over but not only was Cassidy super friendly, positive, and professional she was willing to describe the options that they had and deliver same day with that late of a request.I am not going to lie ... within 30 minutes the recipient of my gift had texted me a picture and was so surprised and happy with her gift. I will not go to another location again for local gifts. These people have proven time and time again that they look out for their customers and they offer great service.Great job, Cassidy!!!
