Best experience of my life and I felt like I was going to vomit from my nerves the day of my surgery. The doctor was straight forward with what he was capable of doing and I told him what I had in mind and we agreed on a size in the middle. He was totally ok with going smaller, which was my initial request since I’m not a big person and didn’t want the bowl look. But I’m reading a whole bunch of reviews saying the office doesn’t or didn’t tell someone the deposit was non refundable.I have had many friends and family members come here for consultations and surgeries. Not a single one of them left the appointment without being told a deposit was non refundable. Pretty sure it’s listed like, everywhere and you sign paperwork that has it stated as well. It’s not the offices fault that y’all failed to pay attention or read. And a non refundable deposit is required I feel, at every cosmetic office ever in California. It’s pretty known knowledge that these surgeries require a deposit, even my dermatologist required deposit for non-invasive procedures like a laser facial. My deposit was 25% of the total service. It’s basically something that should be common knowledge at this point since we live in a society where people disregard a schedule and just no show an appointment without any kind of communication to the business.PSA: I don’t work here but I did work in an environment based on schedules and the amount of people who would no show is remarkable. It’s completely self centered and self serving behavior we all have done or do. So, if you want an appointment at most places- just be aware that the deposit is PROBABLY non refundable. If there is no deposit, your credit card will PROBABLY be charged for a portion of the service. If a business does neither, well I’m happy you found somewhere that hasn’t picked up on the no show behavior yet.

Irina Howell: I did rhynoplasty with Dr. Clark twice . Changing the nose was a bit scary for me. When Dr. Clark suggested rotating my tip up i was too scared to go too high. I decided to make it go up just a bit. i really didnt want too look like michael jackson nose.
