When you come to Gold Country Hearing, you will always be welcomed by a friendly face. You won’t wait long before you are greeted by your hearing care specialist and brought back to start your appointment.

Your hearing care specialist will begin your appointment with a friendly conversation. During your hearing assessment we will ask you some questions about your lifestyle, occupation, family and health history, and what your hearing goals are.

After our discussion then we will perform a physical examination of your ears. We will use an otoscope to look at your ear canal and tympanic membrane.

Next, you will be fit with a set of high-quality headphones inside a soundproof booth. Using an audiometer to transmit a range of sounds at various frequencies and volumes we will record your hearing ability.

After your hearing test we will discuss your results with you. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan that will improve your hearing.

Can’t make it to the office? We are now able to see patients remotely through the CQ Partners Virtual Office! This tool makes it easy to meet with a provider, check your hearing, and discuss hearing aids online.

You don’t need any special equipment—just headphones and a device with a working camera and microphone. We will send you a link to your appointment and guide you every step of the way.

Been taking my mom here and since our first appointment, Julie and Alan have been so good to us! Alan works really hard to help my mom get used to her new hearing aids, and she's had a much better quality of life now that she's had them! He was so patient with her every step of the way, and made sure we were well educated on the importance of hearing health. Knowing what we know now, we definitely try to help bring awareness to our family and friends- and always recommend this office! Julie is always making us feel at home, and is awesome at what she does! The other day she was decorating for Halloween and we can't wait to come back to see all the wonderful work she's put in!

Alan is so knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I first met him at the Citrus Heights office. I felt so comfortable and was so impressed , that when he located to Sacramento I "followed" him. He truly knows the business and I could ask him questions without feeling I was questioning him. Alan is thorough and tenacious ! If there is an issue he does not stop until he has an answer. PLUS, he shares with me the pictures of his son, which makes the visits more personal. Julie is very friendly and just adorable. Ok. i cannot say enough great things about MIRACLE EAR. I f any one has the need for this service, I cannot recommend them enough.

This is probably the absolute best location. For any and all of your audiology needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Sometimes buying these products or realizing you have to protect your hearing even if it’s diminished is kind of a drag. But not at this Miracle Ear location. Kagen is hands down the best employee there, as well. I’d never want to do business with anyone but him, but everyone here is awesome too! Best location in CA! 10/10 will return!
