I received 2 bids on this sprinkler repair job, for at one of my rentals. The bid was approx. $100 less than the other bid received. They completed the repair immediately right after they gave me their bid, as I accepted their bid offer. He did an excellent job, and I have had no problems with the repairs. They were the only company that had someone working in an office. Other places I called didn't answer the phone or if they were working on a job no one else was there. Also, they work 7 days a week which is a bonus. The person came out on a Sunday and fixed the problem quickly. I thought it was a little costly but to have a quick response and good work I would pay it again. The person that fixed the leak was knowledgeable about how to fix the problem which was also a bonus.

I received a call within minutes of my request, the scheduled an appointment for 3 days later (today) between 1-5pm. The technician was actually able to come out almost 2 hours earlier. I thought my problem was a broken sprinkler line, but he was able to determine that the sprinkler heads were bad. A much less serious problem and He did the work in less than 2 hours. I was very happy w/o the results and service all the way around and would probably use them again.

I had running water going down the street from what I thought was my sprinkler system. We received an immediate call back with appointment set for next morning. The lady called and said the repairman was on the way and he arrived an hour earlier than promised. This gentleman was also a plumber. He checked our system, showed us how to turn off the main water and check the gauges to ascertain if we had a leak. The leak we thought was ours was actually from the house next door. He contacted them and did not charge us for the visit. We could not have asked for better. Definitely recommend and would use them again!

I should say "supposed experts" because I had the experience from h*ll with TruGreen last year. It was a miracle I got my money back after dealing with those folks. But Brad and his partner Don were AWESOME! They know their stuff, are professional and friendly (including dog friendly), punctual, reliable, fair-priced and actually go beyond the call of duty -- some rare qualities these days, sadly. Also rare is a full five stars from this tough consumer.
