I have been a licensed massage therapist since 1998. I worked in a myriad of professional offices and locations at the beginning of my career, including a spa, a salon, multi therapist establishments, and chiropractic offices. I enjoy having the ability and flexibility to direct bodywork to fit your specific goals and needs. I provide consistent care to clients who need a specialist and have multiple chronic pain issues. I take a minimum of 20 to 30 units of continuing education each year to stay up to date, learn new skills, and provide you with the best care.

I have extensive training in neuromuscular massage and various modalities such as reflexology, acupressure, trigger point therapy, sports massage, massage cupping, prenatal massage, scar tissue massage, myofascial massage, etc. I will ask you what your goals are, and together we will decide on a treatment plan to get you the best results. This plan is flexible and can change as needed. Good communication is key! I listen to your feedback and make suggestions based on my experience to fit your needs and comfort level.
