I stayed at Raincross Hotel for one night after watching a great performance by the Infuse Studio Presents: Creation to Fulfillment PERFORMANCE at THE BOX. I accidentally left my smartphone under the bedsheet or comforter. It was found by the housekeeper and was turned in to management. When I called a few days later just to double check if they had found a smartphone I was told by the hotel agent that they indeed had it and they were simply waiting to be contacted as they had made initial attempts to reach me. I'm not only impressed by this hotel's location and cleanliness but also the receptionist's hospitality as well as the housekeeper and manager's professionalism!
