Before the birth of Belotti Ristorante on College Ave, Chef Belotti and wife Joyce were originally looking for a location for a quick service pasta shop, which was meant to focus on bringing their hearty pasta to an everyday casual spot. Serendipitously, they found the location for the "ristorante," but not the "bottega" until now. Belotti Bottega will serve as an outlet for Chef Belotti to make his flavor accessible to more people at home, at work, or at parties.

We offer a no-service catering option for lunch and dinner. The food is dropped off at the event location (if within 6 mile radius from Bottega) or picked up at our shop. Our food comes packaged in platters or aluminum food containers depending on items and usually paper napkins and disposable cutlery are included.

All catered events that require delivery are subject to a $25 transportation fee.

Belotti signature fresh pasta, along with customer's favorite sauces for at home recreation of Belotti flavor. In addition, Italian spuntini items for picnics, parties, or for just that "wine, salumi, and cheese" kind of night.

Fresh Egg Pasta made with semolina flour* in 10"x13" sheets, has various thickness: Regular, Thin, Extra Thin, Thick, & Extra Thick, to fit your cooking or baking needs. They can be cut to 4 different width: Pappardelle, Fettucine, Linguine, and Angel Hair. The Whole Wheat sheet pasta is eggless.


Eggless extruded pasta includes Vegan Spaghetti, Bucatini, Seashells, Cameroni/Rigatoni, Radiatore, and Rotini are made with semolina flour* and water. Various flavors include: Plain, Whole Wheat, Meyer Lemon, Spinach, Garlic Parsley, Porcini, Spelt, Sun Dried Tomato, Squid Ink, Stinging Nettle…etc.


Our ravioli are handmade, using our extra thin fresh sheet pasta. Showing in the photo are Spinach Pasta, Sweet Pea Pasta, and Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pasta used to compliment ravioli fillings. Vegan ravioli available as well.


All our pasta sauces are made in our kitchen with fresh ingredients.


We bake with the best ingredients around the world. Whole Kalamata Olives from Greece are used in our Rustic Olive Bread.
