Today’s men are challenged with anxiety and loneliness. We provide a space for men to get present, connected, and empowered in their lives.


Despite the presence of friends, family, and coworkers, men often feel isolated when dealing with the issues in their lives.

The Unshakable Man Program is for men of any age who want to live life with courage, self-confidence, and open-hearted self-leadership.

We meet three times a month in Unshakable Man men's circles to slow down, get out of our heads, and drop into our bodies. This helps us cultivate embodied masculine presence in our lives, work & relationships.

"I've learned so much about myself since joining the group," said one participant. "I feel like I've grown leaps and bounds in my ability to find my way back into my own heart—and that's where all my power lies."

Our unique group structure was specially designed to create a brave space where men can do deep work together while being challenged to grow. It was developed by Chris Wilson and this community over the past 5 years.

The first 30 minutes of each meeting focuses on arriving in the space, setting agreements, somatic meditation, and checking-in. Each step is designed to help us become grounded and present so we can connect deeply with ourselves and each other.

The middle hour focuses on supporting each man in his individual journey toward living with more confidence, courage, and clarity.

Circles end with “inspired integrations” an opportunity for each man to commit to specific aligned actions he can take in his life over the next week.

This creates a cycle of brotherhood, accountability, and support as we take on this journey of life together!

We meet on Zoom for 2 hours a week in the private comfort of your home.

When we seek a safe space in our life we create a barrier that hinders our development. What we need is a brave space.

A brave space is a place where you will be challenged to learn and grow, and where you can feel accepted as you are, accepting of others, and open to change.

Choosing to join a men’s circle can be a big decision. You must be willing to step out of your comfort zone. If you make this choice you will be rewarded greatly.

You will leave these sessions with a feeling of vitality, energy, and excitement for your life.

When we do this work in a community, we find that it brings forth an upwelling of internal energy. This will positively affect you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Each group we work on a specific embodiment skill and explore how it can help us lead lives of greater self-confidence, strength, and clarity.
