If you are under a doctor’s care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.

If you have a specific issue or complaint that you are trying to work out, it is best to come as often as you can, at least at first, to get the issue under control. A good starting point is to come in once a week for the first month then once every two weeks for a month or two after that.
