The Divine Word Retreat Center offers one of the most serene and spiritual retreat campuses in Southern California. Nestled into the beautiful hillside of Western Riverside, the main retreat center is a 125-bed dormitory-style facility with Industrial sized Kitchen, Dining Room, Multi-purpose room with stage and screen, conference rooms, chapel for adoration, full-sized chapel for mass, among many other rooms. We also, offer the St. Joseph Hall, which is a 13-room private dorm facility, with double-twin beds in each room including private bathrooms with showers. St. Joseph's Hall also includes a Library/Kitchen/Dining area for retreat resident needs.

​The Riverside residence serves as home to both retired and active Divine Word Missionaries. Along with serving our retired members, it also is the base for members who are active in some of the special ministries of the Province. This is the location of the provincial offices and the Vietnamese Charitable Association. The residence is where the province members gather for Society business, celebrations and retreats.
