Joseph earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Organizational Management from University of La Verne, in La Verne, California. He holds an Advanced P.O.S.T. certificate from the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training and C.I.T. It is to ensure that you are receiving a scientifically validated examination; you are not paying for the results.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the examination. If the examination is not rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be billed a nominal fee to reschedule. If the examination is not rescheduled or the examinee does not show up for the examination you forfeit the full deposit.

If you have paid for your examination in full, and cancel prior to the 48 hours before your appointment and no new appointment is scheduled, the remaining 50% will be refunded. As stated, if the appointment is cancelled after the 48-hour time the entire payment is forfeited.
