Once there everything was explained and the cost was super great. They explained how the repairs to my 30 year old, LV backpack could be completed. Whoever Harry was left these great women in charge to carry on. It's a shame that most shoes, bags, etc. are not the same quality as those of yesteryear. We need to keep small businesses like this open and supported. My backpack was a gift from my now deceased father. It has traveled the world.
