Today, we have over 15 hours of classes per day and over 20 trainers and coaches. No trainer has less than 20 years of experience, and every one of them has competed on a professional level. Carlos Alberto's MMA & Fitness Center is one of the IE's premier Boxing and Martial Arts academies. Since our inception in 2013, our goal has been to help our students begin a new chapter in their lives through fitness and martial arts. Our success model is based on a strong connection with our students and making sure there is enough personal attention for every student enrolled. We have several qualified coaches that Professor Carlos Alberto trained, himself.
