The larger blocks of cheeses are primarily directed at large scale distributors and manufacturers. Factories that produce product that integrate cheese into their finished goods, such as burrito and quesadilla production facilities would provide a perfect niche for our product.

The first division is located at our production facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company manufactures, grates, shreds and dices both natural and non-dairy cheeses and produces a variety of custom blends and private label products for the food service, retail and food processing industries. Lakeview Cheese also offers organic certified product.

The next division is located at our production facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. This facility assists our Las Vegas facility in many production processes and has served as an additional point of shipment for our customers.

The final division is located at our cross-dock facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This location is a box-in and box-out facility that makes deliveries all across the USA. This facility at times also services drops at the LA Ports for international shipments of our products.

We have the capability to develop and deliver private labels for customers who order in large quantities. The brand names from this facility have been around for decades and will continue to hold their own in the marketplace.

The product lines that are offered out of Las Vegas are driven primarily by our shredding, grating and dicing capabilities. We also produce under private labels at this location. With the shreds, we offer specialty blending to accommodate customers who what that special taste to pass on to their own customers. A variety of blends are readily available as standard stock, but we can accommodate specialty blending.

Some of our major product lines that are best sellers internationally are our Gouda, Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses. They are available as stocked items in 4/10# loaves and 8/5# loaves. We offer custom sizing and custom packaging on these products as well.

A great selection of meats and cheese along with lots of other goodies. Perfectly ripe and sweet fruit and a few flowers to fancy things up. Everyone enjoyed and we will be ordering here from now on.

She always took her time with me and was very attentive. They went WAY above and beyond to find me just the right board she even went shopping for me Now that was just the process of ordering, so customer service was Outstanding! The main event was the most beautiful board and YUMMY! The icing on the cake if you will was they delivered!!!!
