4worldlovers: My family and I were traveling for vacation and decided to stay here. It was appealing because the room we decided to book was two queen beds, and a pull out couch. Upon checking in the manager was a nice man and said if you’re dissatisfied with your room you can always change it just give us a call to our surprise when we got to our room, we quickly realize that there was no pull out couch. We called the next morning, and there was a very rude woman at the front desk who stated they were sold out of rooms and we were unable to switch. I went online to their website and there was clearly rooms available for us to book that same room she just couldn’t be inconvenienced. So we had to rough it out or three days housekeeping never came, and when we called for simple things like extra towels or a blanket, it took them 3 to 7 hours to bring it to us. This room was not cheap, but we were willing to spend the money if it meant comfort . I am so beyond disappointed. We will definitely not be back.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Aimee at the front desk. She really set the tone for my experience. She was very friendly and greeted me with a huge smile. I had just driven 6 hours and was very tired. Her interaction reminded me of what great customer service is. My room was clean, cool and well prepared for my stay. This all made my stay very comfortable. I will certainly stay here again during my next trip.

The room was old, had an old odor to it. The furniture was less than exceptional. The bathroom was old.

The hotel seem to have been ran down since my last visit that was 4 years ago, soap bottles were left empty, HVAC unit is extremely loud, and can not adjust the room temperature.

Gave my wedding party a used room, tons of noise, and numerous issues

Reserved a hotel block for my wedding. Linda and Annie were great but everything else was a bad experience. Front desk gave my maid of honors a used room which is extremely unsettling. Numerous guests complained of how loud the rooms were and the fire alarm even went off twice in the early morning. My guests had multiple issues throughout their stay that I repeatedly had to call the hotel for and even go in person. It was frustrating and stressful when I should be focused on my wedding and not this hotel.
