My son was referred to Dr. Lai for having an abnormal EKG at San Antonio Hospital in Upland. The office squeezed him in for an appointment. Dr. Lai looked over his new EKG and did an Echocardiogram on him. She was very friendly, caring, and understanding. She asked many questions and listened to our concerns. She stayed after hours to finish our appointment. Everything was normal with our son's heart. (Thank God) We really liked her a lot and would definitely recommend her. P.S. The staff at the front desk was very friendly from our first phone call to the day/time of our appointment.
