Decided to give Pilates a try to tone up a bit. I normally just like to walk and climb stairs but I felt like my body needed more than that to tone up. I signed up for the special 3 private sessions for new clients for $107 and have had 2 sessions so far with Joni. Her instructions are so thorough and she has made it easy for me to understand each movement, the hour goes by fast. I highly recommend this studio, the only thing I have to ignore is the 21 Choices Frozen Yogurt across the street, lol.

I was born and raised here in Southern California. My mother was in the Army and instilled in us the importance of discipline, health, and wellness. I spent many years trying to reach her level of fitness and strength, only to not achieve solid results and the continued motivation.

After having my daughter, I reached a point where I was motivated to try again. That’s when I went to my first Pilates class. After just one class, I felt refreshed. I was leaner, stronger, and a had a desire to keep going… and that was just emotionally. Physically I could feel more energy and my muscle gain. Overtime, I even saw improvements in my posture and additional progress in my previously rehabilitated knee.
