My 7 year old daughter has the privilege to learn violin from Bob for the past few months. He is an amazing music teacher that truly loves what he does. Music is his passion from his years of experience teaching and serving on the worship team. He is patient, knowledgable, encouraging, yet engaging at the same time, which is the perfect combination when working with kids! Bob doesn’t simply follow all the songs in the violin strings book, but I appreciate how he supplements the book with scales and other sheet music that he composes. Another amazing talent about Bob is his ability to play by ear which is something my daughter is learning as well. Music is something to be enjoyed instead of focusing on perfection. His relaxed attitude creates a positive atmosphere for my daughter to thrive during her violin lessons. I highly recommend Bob to anyone who wants to learn violin!

Bob is an amazing music teacher. It is evident that he loves what he does. My daughter started taking guitar lessons with him about 2 years ago. When he found out she was taking violin he started supporting her in that. I don’t have a single music note in my bones, however, through encouragement and passion demonstrations from Bob, my daughter now takes violin and guitar lessons.
