If you don't like masks, then you do not need to wear one, however, if you must wear a mask, then he will also wear one in your presence. Victor does high quality work and knows the best course of action to make your shoes like new again. I won't trust my shoes with anyone else ever again. Victor knows best.

New Owner and he does a great job! Didn’t know the last owner but this is a skill and seems people expect to come here and have their damaged goods fixed immediately and want someone that is assisting you hand and foot. The owner is also the primary repair person. Be patient as good work isn’t fast and fast work isn’t good. I don’t go here for conversation as the man has to work, not sure why people always want everything so perfect and want to be treated like royalty. This guy does one heck of a job.
