4worldlovers: Great experience with the staff. Today i was there, met Frank Strong, Yolanda Zimmerman and Rosa Hilario. Professional friendly staff. Nice waiting room, with Aquarium. I got some new hearing aids with Blue Tooth connectivity. They explained how to charge the batteries..no more having to purchase batteries. I can now use my smart cell phone to adjust the volume of the hearing aids. Also when i get a phone call, i can receive and talk to the person calling me, by pressing an icon on the cell phone and the voice audio goes directly into my hearing aid. Also when i dive and use the cell phone as a GPS, the voice directions go directly into my hearing aids. Very happy with the service and the smart hearing aid. I think the hearing aid is smarter than me. There is ample parking on the private parking lot for the clients and on the street.

I had a great experience here. The waiting room is clean with toys an magazines, and a fish tank! My son had a blast looking at all the different fish.The support staff was super friendly and the audiologist Frank Strong was so friendly, accommodating and explained everything I was going to experience during my hearing test. He was great with my son too! I highly recommend.

Juan was such a delight to work with. We are so happy to have found someone who comes to us. Being that we don’t drive anymore, we have to wait till someone can drive us to doctor visits. He repaired my husbands hearing aids even though we we told by his old provider they couldn’t be fixed and pretty much said he needed new ones. And that saved us money allowing me to get my first pair of hearing aids. He explained everything very well and we learned things no one has ever told us before. Thank you so much! When I walked into the office for the first time, Vanessa greated me by name. This was a surprise since most places wait until you sign in. When ready, my wife and I were directed to Debra's office where she took care of me. The examination was thorough and reassuring. Several situations were presented for testing which included my wife (very important person). When I picked up my aids, a verification of the settings was made to insure that everything worked.
