We recently visited Mobility Plus in Riverside to get a scooter for my 86 year old mom. Amy was wonderful! She talked us through the various options, the pros and cons, and answered numerous questions from me, my mom, my brother, my sister-in-law and my husband. She was incredibly patient, and let my mom try out a few different scooters to get the feel for them. She also swapped out a seat on the scooter we wanted to give my mom a chair that was more comfortable. My husband even asked why their prices were higher than what we could find online, and Amy's response of "you get us," was dead on. She and her husband delivered the scooter later that day - the experience was just top notch from beginning to end. I'm so happy we went to Mobility Plus and I feel completely satisfied and supported. I know if my mom has any issues with her scooter, we'll have the Mobility Plus team behind us. Thank you Amy!!!
