Country Kwik was founded in Yorba Linda in 1985 by the Gauthier Family. From the first day even up until today, the most important thing the company sees is taking care of the customer.

We have been providing sandwiches made to order from the beginning! Even all the egg, tuna, and chicken salad recipes have been hand crafted by the family.

Then in 2010, a third was acquired in Brea where premade sandwiches and more are sold!

4worldlovers: Where were you in 1989? We can tell you where we were, we just finished moving from New York to Provo, Utah. Missing our favorite New York city flavors and working our butt off. So inspired by a deep longing for the city, food and old friends we opened the first deli in Salt Lake City, Utah. With inspired recipes mixed with traditional New York Delicatessen flair and a ton of hard work we opened three more locations…then BAM!

In 2004, this genius idea rolled around in the head of Dan Pool after his first bite…bring this food and taste to everyone in America! Now in 13 states and growing Gandolfo’s brings the New York Deli experience into your hometown.

What makes Gandolfo’s different from the rest is we do things the deli way. We bake our own breads, fresh slice our own signature meats and cheeses, and make our deli salads fresh EVERY DAY. The meats are real meats, nothing pre-sliced or stuffed with fillers here. The bread isn’t loaded with preservatives, we bake in-house multiple times a day and our vegetables are sliced and prepared by hand. Hands down the best sandwiches in Rancho Cucamonga! Their bread is delicious and the other ingredients are generously given and fresher than fresh. Make sure you get a side of pickles because they are absolutely amazing. Also their French fries are perfection.

Tried The Deli for the first time and it did not disappoint at all ! I had the Italian sandwich and the pastrami dip both of them packed flavor and were made fresh the rolls are extremely soft and fresh the place might not look fancy but it has the best pastrami in town better than the Hat !!! also they have the beat customer service and they are extremely welcoming i highly recommend this place
