Group Reformer Pilates Classes are limited to 4 people and are mixed level yet vigorous, so if you have a major injury, are brand new to pilates, or starting back into working out, please sign up for our Private Pilates Sessions before beginning with group classes.


We offer Private (1 student, 1 instructor) and Duet (2 students, 1 instructor) Pilates Sessions to help you perfect your practice and achieve your personal fitness goals. If you are new to pilates we require starting with private pilates sessions so that you can become familiar with the pilates equipment and exercises. We will guide you through safely, moving at your own pace so you can enter a group class with confidence. As you progress, we will incorporate variations necessary to keep you moving forward in your goals. We are currently scheduling all Private sessions personally, between the instructor and the client. Welcome! My name is Femmie Tuntisi and it is my passion to help you improve your health, wellness and to simply keep people moving through uMove Pilates in Pasadena .

I am committed to help you reach your goals by teaching you safe and effective core strengthening techniques. Whether it is to help alleviate chronic pain, so you can continue to enjoy outdoor recreational activities, or improve sports performance, I will work with you to reach your goals.

Pilates became my way of life. In today's stressful daily life, a well-balanced exercise routine is essential for a healthy body and mind. Pilates just makes sense. The focus is on creating low impact functional movement patterns. It makes you feel awesome!

My pilates training was with Marie-Jose Blom's team with Long Beach Dance Conditioning, internationally recognized for utilizing the most advanced approach to professional Pilates teacher training. Through this I completed a comprehensive curriculum and consistently participate in continuing education courses. I have studied extensively both as a student and teacher since 2008, gaining the knowledge and technique to develop a unique teaching style.

During my instruction, my technique will help you focus on alignment and form. My classes are a blend of contemporary and classical pilates. I believe fitness should be fun! Movement is a way of life and it is how we stay healthy, happy and energized.

Over the span of two decades, my life-long friend Cheryl and I traveled several fitness roads.

Pilates Mind Body Spirit is a Premier Reformer Pilates and Optional Hot and Non-Hot Mat Studio that offers a variety of Pilates Programs that are suitable for different fitness goals. Please check out our class description section for more information. In addition, we offer one-on-one private reformer training that consists of specialized programming.

Our Pilates Group Classes entails an array of Pilates Reformer and Mat Classes at different levels, Reformer Pilates and Reformer Cardio ranging from different levels; in addition to, Reformer Stretch, and more styles coming soon such as Barre + Pilates Fusion, Sculpt + Pilates fusion classes that is a PIIT Pilates Intensity Interval Training that is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Functional Intensity Interval Training Class with Pilates Principles and LOW IMPACT!
