The best gym in town for people who are older and looking for a way to build back and strengthen their core. I found the trainers to be really helpful and attentive. The workout had me feeling great and much more toned and stronger in just a few weeks time. The class sizes are smaller and the trainers are right there to assist. I highly recommend Aion Training on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena.

I joined to get more movement in my life and the community building aspect is one of my favorite things at Aion training. It’s been just over a month and I’ve noticed my body feels better. I started off with coach Shawn at 7am and he was very encouraging while helping me learn the proper techniques. Then I switched my schedule and started working with coach Mike at 6pm, he is always checking my form and helping me improve. I also had a chance to work with coach Kimi which was amazing! She was hyping me up and made me feel really good about myself! I also enjoy that the Aion team switches up the workouts. Like one day we focused on breath work while doing a few exercises. We also worked in teams which again put more emphasis on community building. The small semiprivate groups feel like they’re just the right size for the coaches to check on everyone. Come joins us!

I've been looking for coaches, gyms, and a vibe that can help regain motivation. Been to different gyms/studios and independent trainers, and traditional gym. None, had the same vibe. From working with Marcus to find out what drives me and helped set goals, Coach Mike (so looks like a Mikey) and Coach Kimmy help make corrections, have a different/replacement exercise, and extra motivation. Totally can't forget the members in your timeslot. They are supportive and offer extra motivation when needed. This is definitely the vibe I was looking for in a club. Once Mike presented a challenge to weight up, and it was most exciting challenge. He framed it at worse it would be a drop set at best a new PR (personal record). I hit that new PR, which was exciting! Oh... Almost forgot PKI Week, a week where you challenge yourself and build up. The most exciting week. If you are looking for a club that will bring out your best, inspire, and uplift this is the place! Excited for the next PKI Week.

I love this gym. So welcoming and encouraging and it’s nice that it’s for folks over 40. They also include meditation for mind/body wellness.

These guys are the best. They’ll push you hard but keep you motivated. Big shoutouts to Mike. Always helpful and makes sure we get the best out of the session.

I love Aion! I was looking for help with bone strengthening plus increasing muscle mass and reached out to Marcus, based on friends' positive experiences. He was quick to respond and we met to discuss my goals. Along with being so kind and friendly, Marcus and his coaches are knowledgeable and created a personal plan for me to accomplish my fitness goals. I am dedicated to my semi private sessions with coach Shawn-who is the BEST, plus enjoy the Strong Her classes. The work outs are tough but honestly I have noticed a shift in my physique just after the first 3 weeks! Beyond all of this, the Aion community is so welcoming that I felt at home immediately.

I just celebrated my first month with Aion Training and I am so happy with my decision to join!
