A few notes to prepare yourself mentally before your flight even if it is very safe and easy 1st step, we wait for a good breeze and then we walk forward a few steps fast enough to bring the Paraglider over head then your pilot decides if it is perfect to execute the take off. If it is then it is important to run fast enough to create the lift after your pilot says RUN. If you do not run fast enough we may abort and try again which we rarely do because most follow instructions ;-). During the run, you will feel lifted up which is a fun sensation and at that point it is best not to jump or sit down. If you jump you can hit the person behind you in the face with your helmet. You will enjoy the take off way more if you run fast! Sometimes the wind is good enough that we do not have to run at all or walk slowly. Once airborne, you want to sit back and wrap your arms around the support system for maximum comfort and lift your knees up to sit deep in the harness as you can very well see on all photos. ENJOY!


Bring water and a snack in case of delays. We recommend long clothes and solid shoes.


TAKING OFF NICE AND CLEAN! On the 1st photo below you can see her holding on to the harness straps. We recommend not, to improve balance. Some fall on their butts while doing so, forcing us to abort.


Second photo below shows handsfree and leaning forward during the ground part of the take off, favoring a good run when your instructor says so. And a clean fun take off!


On the 3rd photo below you can see the passenger in an uncorfortable position knees down and shoulders and arms forward. Simply sit back and lift your knees.


The 4th photo below shows a happy passenger and pilot sitting comfortably. The passenger can let himself / herself fall back on the pilot for optimal comfort.
