Very clean, which is the main thing for me. Easy to find carts to move your stuff. Everything works, e.g. lights, elevators. There are staff people around, which is also very important to me. Lots of people use U-haul, so I don’t feel spooked by lonely areas. The accounting seems accurate. Happy with it and not thinking of looking anywhere else.

I felt fortunate that the elevator and Moving carts were very convenient and dependable! Julie was friendly and professional in Registration of my rental unit! She was very helpful.
