It's getting to be very expensive. They need to fix all their card readers.

Convenient service. My only complaint is that they charged me for not responding to their text (I never received) and they considered me a "missed pick up". I hate when technology screws humans over and humans have to pay.

Our washer broke down recently and we were really running low on clothes. Decided to take a chance on a wash and fold service. We delivered our laundry and less than 24 hours, they were clean, folded and hung. The drop off and pick up was pretty easy. We choose this place since it was open 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm making drop off and pick up super convenient. As for price, I didn't do any major research since many of the closer options were closed on Sunday. They charged us $2.19/lb as well as a small surcharge for the kid's clothes.

I've been doing my laundry here for more years than I can remember. Wide variety of machine sizes and prices are quite reasonable. Since I go when it first opens (6AM), there's no waiting for washers or dryers. Don't know about other times of day and I think they stay open to 9 PM 7 days. The machines are paid with a payment card which can be loaded at one of the terminals. There is also a snack machine that also sells detergent, softener and laundry bags that is accessed with the same payment card. There is another snack machine that accepts cash. You can also drop off your laundry and they will wash and fold, but I don't know the turnaround time. They also also provide a pickup and deliver service, but I don't know any more about that. All in all this is the best laundromat in Pasadena.

This place is a life saver. They do next day pickup and can deliver the day after. You can also drop off your clothes at their location if you need a faster turn around time. Our clothes come back clean and they are really great about folding everything neatly and sorting them by type which makes it so easy to put them away. When I have too many projects and deadlines it's a relief to know I can rely on them to help me with my laundry.

I decided to use Laundryagogo for the convenience of not having to leave my location. I found the website online and filled out a laundry pickup request form. It was easy to do. I had some questions and called into the customer service number. I was very pleased with the friendly service and information that I received. I set my laundry outside my door as requested. It was returned the following day. Everything was finished properly, and all I had to do was it away. It couldn't have been easier. I am very satisfied with the results of the entire process. Even though this cost more per pound, the convenience of having it picked up a.nd dropped at my door was worth it.

I was paying $3.50 per pound at another fluff and fold establishment, and I was getting back someone else's socks. So I tried Laundryagogo and they were perfect! The price of their services is 50% less and they bag your items according to type, one bag for underwear & socks, one for sheets, one for towels, etc. What a great find. I'm a customer forever.

The Allen locaion, 366 N Allen Ave, 91106 is a smaller place with self serve and is best for fluff and fold service. Allen location was built for fluff and fold as we process your laundry in our own state of the art office behind the counter. Separate from the self serve portion of the store.

We offer a service called "Wash & Run". You wash and are then able to leave while we dry for you. It allows you the freedom to leave the laundromat. Please note this does not include folding.

It's important to us that we respect all patrons, we will not tolorate any disruptive disturbing behavior to ensure the safety and health of everyone.

Our fluff & fold services go above and beyond the typical wash, dry, fold service. What makes us unique is our team. We lived nearby here for more than 14 years and I just discovered this place! It looks like there have been some renovations that make it look bright and clean. New modern wall finishes make it look very industrial chic and relaxing to actually wait for your laundry to dry. And if you don’t want to wait, they have a Wash & Run service for $6 a washer plus the drying costs. Our new place across town still doesn’t have the washing machine fixed so we would drive all the way here just to do our laundry. Kudos to the new interior facelift and you’ll probably see us again next weekend.

This laundromat has the most hospitable staff I've ever met! I don't want to go anywhere else because of my experience with the evening staff. I actually had a couple of errors that happened with two different machines; those errors are of no importance to me now simply because of how I was treated afterwards. Though I only went there because the closer laundromat was already closed by 8pm, I will keep going there because I like the staff better and I don't care about it being a little bit farther away.
