This comes out roughly to $20+ (per guest) for chef, food, 100.000btu, electricity, workers comp, sanitation equipment, and city permits.

Many properties will continue to offer the sugary cereal, pastries, salty frozen meats, microwaveable eggs, and charge the additional $10-$15 for it; we on the other hand will not stoop that low.
