Reservations are required, but you may drop-in anytime during business hours to look over our facility. We are happy to show you around and introduce you to the staff and our house cats, as well as any adoptable cats we have. During holiday time we have full occupancy so please reserve as early as possible.

Our pet sitter hosts give your pet individual attention, truly a home away from home experience! However, if your dog or cat has behavioral issues, you'll want to convey this and any other specific needs in advance. We take in cats and dogs of all ages and breeds.

Yes! All pet sitter hosts are hand-approved by our special trained animal care team who conduct thorough screening about every prospective host's background and home. We approve only about five percent of the total host applications we receive.
