We use bodyweight and props such as gliders, resistance bands, and bender balls to build endurance and increase muscle stamina. This fun, high-energy class will have your muscles shaking and your body sweating! Barre is a low-impact workout and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Sculpt will teach you the basics and fundamentals of mat Pilates! We focus on building a strong core and a balanced body. Movements are done on a mat and are controlled through proper breathing and mind-muscle connection. These bodyweight exercises increase strength and flexibility. Resistance bands, rings, and small weights make this modern fusion class fun and fresh! This group class is great for beginners to advanced levels.

Barre BOX combines our signature Barre class with fitness Kickboxing. The blend of these 2 formats creates the ultimate power packed class. Barre BOX incorporates small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles with large full range of motion movements.
