I am extremely happy with the red dot appliance service I called them the night before and they were able to come out next morning at 9 AM. I had a couple things to be fixed and they got right to it . In a couple of hours. They had my fridge/freezer working my dryer working and also replaced my garbage disposal. Hector came out to fix our LG refrigerator that we bought in 2019. He was very honest and informative. He diagnosed the problem and told us that the part was still under warranty. He encouraged us to call LG. The part alone was going to be $450, however, since it was still under warranty we paid $0 for the part and installation through LG. He could have not encouraged us to call LG and instead fix it himself, but he was honest and saved us a lot of money. Also, when we called to set up an appointment, we expected to be scheduled for another day. He was able to come to our home within two hours of our call. Thank you Hector
