Orange County Yoga Studio offers a warm and peaceful atmosphere to practice in, with experienced and friendly teachers. Our teachers introduce yoga in an orderly and progressive manner, teaching a rich diversity of postures – many of which are accessed through the use of props.

I founded True FLOW Yoga in 2008 with the belief that there is more than one right answer. Through my teaching, I encourage students to look inward to discover their own Truth. I believe that the deepest level of wisdom comes from learning to listen to the teacher within.

As a yoga teacher, my role is to inspire students to move and live in a more mindful and intentional way. My teaching style is influenced by over two decades of studying with master yoga and meditation teachers from a variety of traditions (Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Viniyoga, Yin, Restorative, Shadow, Power, Bhakti, Insight Meditation) as well as my background in science, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. Through many years of teaching, I have come to embody my own voice and style that blends anatomical precision, philosophical eloquence, and spiritual curiosity. My alignment-based vinyasa flow style synchronizes breath with movement, drawing practitioners’ awareness into one-pointed focus, while consciously selected themes and intentions infuse each practice with meaning. I explore new topics and methods in my classes regularly in order to demystify the practice of yoga. Guided into ease, students can effortlessly challenge their boundaries and leave with a renewed feeling of invigoration, awareness, and belonging.


In addition to my regular weekly classes at various gyms and studios, I also offer 200-hour yoga teacher trainings in intimate, small-group environments, topic-specific continuing education workshops, private lessons, and yoga retreats in the most beautiful places in the world. Practice has brought me over the years naturally led to my desire to teach others. In 2009 I created my own independent yoga school, True Flow Yoga, through which I am capable of certifying students to become Registered Yoga Teachers. Teaching yoga is so rewarding, because the practice has so many dimensions and layers. The learning truly never ends. After almost 30 years as a student of yoga, I am still eager to dig deeper. I continue to enjoy practicing many styles with an open heart and mind, extracting the nectar of what each has to offer.

As a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider (YACEP) I work with individual yoga teachers as well as yoga studios to provide education rooted in tradition. My services range from one on one mentorship to lecture style workshops.
