Miss Stella is an excellent piano teacher and great with kids. She understands the ability of each child and works with them accordingly . She has a strong sense of techniques and theory and finds creative ways to instill those within her students. My son started with her when he was 5 yrs. and with Miss Stella's constant guidance and persistence he came to not only learn piano but love playing too. She is really a very good piano teacher.

My daughter has been taking piano lessons with Stella for about 8 months. She is an excellent teacher with a strong understanding of theory and techniques. But what impressed us more was how wonderful she is with children. She understands each child's unique personality and will mold the lesson to fit the child's individual needs. She is aware that all children will go through a phase where they get stuck. She finds creative and unusual ways for children to overcome these blocks. She has a generous and kind personality and loves working with children. Her lessons are fun, but also challenging. My daughter has truly blossomed under Stella, not only in terms of her piano skills, but also in terms of her personality. She is confident and excited about recitals and performing in front of crowds rather than being intimidated or nervous. We are truly lucky to have found Stella.

Our music teachers have collegiate training in their specialized field. They have the training and experience to help you in the mastery of your instrument. Our Glee teachers have high standards for practicing and technique, but we want each Glee lesson to be positive and encouraging. Your first lesson is only $25.


We Know Virtual Lessons: Welcome to Glee Music Academy, where we provide professional and friendly music teachers for private music lessons of your choice. Worried about online music lessons? Not a problem, we have great teachers, great tools and great support to help you on your way.


We have frequent music recitals in a beautiful music studio that is free for family and friends to attend. Some new families think recitals aren’t that important, but we find that students do better with a deadline and performance training. What is the point of learning an instrument if you can’t look confident when you perform?

We do extensive interviews, FBI background checks and finger-printing on all Glee private music teachers, which means you can rest easy knowing we have a safe, encouraging learning environment. Every Glee music classroom at our music studio has a window and a parent bench so you can watch the entire private lesson without disturbing the learning. All music teacher home studios allow the parent to watch and/or listen to the entire lesson.

Oscar-nominated director Fernando Meirelles (City of God, The Two Popes) is the most recent Marion Knott Distinguished Artist. Meirelles mentored students in developing story ideas, while also discussing production, casting, and analyzing rough cuts of their films. He follows another great filmmaker, two-time Academy Award winner, Asghar Farhadi (A Separation), who was a Distinguished Artist last year. John Musker (Aladdin, The Little Mermaid) has also been mentoring students in the animation program.

These opportunities enable our students to enhance their storytelling capabilities while equipping them with a fresh perspective on global social issues.
