Many years ago, legendary explorer Trader Sam was bitten by the bartending bug (initially we thought it was just a big mosquito). Ever since then, Sam searches the Amazon, Congo, Mystic Point, Polynesia, and every exotic locale in-between for ingredients to mix into these magical libations.

Sam also picked up many of the trinkets and artifacts you see around you at his namesake bar—souvenirs and gifts from all over the globe.

In the tiki bar business, it’s a real jungle out there, but once Trader Sam began serving refreshing elixirs to explorers and adventurers, the word really spread!

Intrepid explorers can test their mettle by summoning Uh Oa, the tiki goddess of disaster, with a Polynesian cocktail of little-known nectars. Partake of a Pago Pago, a sweet concoction of rum, chartreuse, crème de cacao, pineapple and lime.

Shipwreck on the Rocks, Krakatoa Punch and the Zombie are among Sam’s other antidotes for the ordinary. A boatload of beers and wines are also served for thirsty travelers 21 and over, while Sam’s No-Booze Brews will enchant half-pint adventurers.

Hungry from exploring magical kingdoms near and far? Order up panko-crusted long beans or sweet-and-spicy chicken wings served with togarashi aioli. Chart a fearless course to delicious takoyaki with a drizzle of unagi and togarashi aioli, or colorful Rongo salad. Then dive into a steaming bowl of tonkotsu ramen.

Sam swears these tropical delights won’t shrink your head—they just might stretch the belly.
