Dr. Jodi is an amazing, highly skilled therapist. She genuinely demonstrates concern and has helped me in many ways throughout my healing journey. She is empathetic, genuine, and has made me feel validated and heard. I appreciate all the effective exercises she has provided me with in order to begin to see life through a positive outlook. Dr. Jodi's practice has been my saving grace in 2020! As a young professional, I was hesitant to begin therapy without knowing what philosophy would be used to help me through my struggles with anxiety, worry, stress, and spiritual challenges. The past few months I've spent in counseling (via telehealth) has dramatically improved my life and identified what my underlying problems were/are and how to overcome those problems.
