Definitely quieter and smoother. The cracking and snapping noise is gone. The door is much smooth also, the door did not like to open from partially open, now no problem. The old rollers were fairly worn out and sloppy, these new rollers are very smooth rolling and quiet. The metal thickness is thicker and stronger than the original hinges. Fairly easy project took about an hour to do the hinges and rollers. I did add roller sleeves (10) from ebay, I think this helped also.


I would recommend to anyone with a bit of know how to do this, take it easy one hinge at a time, cordless impact on low setting helped.


I had to replace a few of my door stops that were worn out and damaged from the years of banging. I'm going for a more modern look compared to the old spring type I had before. The pictures don't do justice. Although there weren't any instructions, the installation was straightforward. The screw was concealed and they look fabulous. It matches the round door levers I have on my door.

This product is exactly as advertised, so I couldn't ask for more. Replaced the same thing in my drawer, fit in the 12" pull out space perfectly.

I really needed it as my casing is too close to my door frame and it fits and is doing what I need it to do but I feel the cost was really high.


When you need one this will work but they are expensive, not just here but everywhere expensive.


Very high quality hinges. I needed them for a portable platform and they're much better constructed than I might have dared hope for.
