When I walked into the office for the first time, Vanessa greated me by name. This was a surprise since most places wait until you sign in. When ready, my wife and I were directed to Debra's office where she took care of me. The examination was thorough and reassuring. Several situations were presented for testing which included my wife (very important person). When I picked up my aids, a verification of the settings was made to insure that everything worked.
