I love this gym! The coaches are talented and provide great support for my daughter during her gym session. The previous gym we attended provide little engagement during the gym session. This gym is great as they teach posture and correct forum, which is incredibly important in the first stages of working out. I especially love seeing the front staff ladies. Amy and Amanda are always so helpful with any class makeups I need to schedule.

Fitness Camps are from 8:00am-2:00pm. We will be playing games and sports, doing crafts and science experiments, climbing the rope, jumping in the foam pit, bouncing on the trampoline, doing gymnastics lessons, climbing the tree house, building amazing forts, and LOTS more! Campers will need to bring a sack lunch and 1 snack.

Open to ages 3 (MUST be fully potty trained) to 12 years old.


Pre-registration is required, no walk-ins accepted. Space is limited, so register early!

4worldlovers: What a comeback year this was! After almost two years of not seeing the competition floor, the Sokol Compulsory teams came out to show everyone what they were made of. The Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 Teams were undefeated at all 5 pre-state meets this season and all 3 levels walked away as Team State Champions at their final meet of the season! Congratulations girls!!!

The Optional Girls team made their return for the 7th Annual Camp Almaz after the cancelation of the 2020 camp. The team and coaches made their way north to Tehachapi to spend 3 days at a team train-away at Woodward West. The team bonding event is full of prepping for season with 17+ hours of gym time. We are able to squeeze in a game night, movie night, afternoon hike and maybe a midnight run in 20 degree weather to see our bridge lit up for the holidays! It has become the highlight of our year and a great way to end the year and kick off the new season.

Our USAG Compulsory Girls Team had a great start to their first meet in almost 2 years!! Level 4's and 5's took 1st Place Team at the 2021 Judges Cup! We are so proud of each and every gymnast!


October 2019: Izzy and Gia headed out to Indianapolis for National TOPS testing. These girls gave it their all and we could not be prouder! They have proven to themselves that hard work and not giving up will take you far in life, in and out of the gym. Great job girls!
